Ingredients:
- 4 eggs (boiled)
- 4 drumsticks
- 200g finely chopped onions
- 100g tomatoes
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 30g ginger-garlic paste
- 30g green chilies
- 30g tamarind
- 2 small bunches of cilantro
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 4-6 curry leaves
- 100g oil
- Salt to taste
- Peel the egg shells and make spots on the eggs with a knife or fork.
- Heat oil in a pan, add drumsticks, onions, salt and fry for 5 minutes on medium flame.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, chili powder, green chilies, curry leaves tamarind along with water and allow cooking for 10 minutes.
- Now, add boiled eggs and tomatoes to the above mixture and cook on low flame for next 10 minutes.
- Garnish the preparation with cilantro and serve hot with rice.
