Ingredients for cooking Cheese omelet:
- 2 Eggs
- 3 tbsp Milk
- 2 chopped Green Chili
- A pinch of Mustard Powder
- 1 tsp White Pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 cup grated Cheese
- Melt the butter in a non stick pan.
- With the help of Beater, beat the eggs. Add salt, mustard powder, green chilies and the pepper powder in it.
- Spread the paste evenly on the pan, and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
- Cook it till it turns light brown in color. Fold the omelet and remove it from flame.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
